About Us

Our Mission

To inspire intentional worship and transform Sundays into opportunities for significant and long-term testimony growth.

Our Story

The Sunday Company really began during Ashlynn’s junior year at BYU. She had just welcomed her first baby and was learning to balance motherhood, classes, and her faith. One day in a religion class with Professor Brad Wilcox, he mentioned that he liked to journal during church to help him stay engaged and get more out of his worship.

That small comment changed everything. Bringing a journal to church gave Ashlynn a way to record impressions, but she quickly realized she wanted something more purposeful. She wanted a place to set spiritual goals, reflect on covenants, and come to the Sacrament each week with greater intention and attention.

Around that same time, President Nelson invited members to study the Atonement regularly. Ashlynn felt inspired to combine both ideas and create a space where worship could be more meaningful and Christ-centered. From that inspiration came the Sacrament Study Journal: a simple tool to help invite the Spirit, remember the Savior, and grow closer to Him.

Upgrading Sundays

We believe Sundays have the potential to be more than a day we simply attend church. They can become a weekly opportunity to pause, reconnect with Jesus Christ, strengthen our testimonies, and create spiritual momentum that carries into the rest of our lives.

The Sunday Company exists to help make that possible.

Through thoughtful tools designed to encourage intentional worship and reflection, our hope is to help you feel renewed in your faith, restored through Christ, and excited to make Sunday your favorite day of the week.

Because when we change the way we approach Sunday, we can change the way we experience our faith.
